What to expect

A warm welcome, every visit.

  • Arrive 10 minutes early on your first visit so we can show you around and discuss any injuries or goals.
  • Wear form-fitting activewear and grippy socks (available at the studio).
  • Hydrate and breathe. Every class ends feeling longer, taller, and lighter.

Absolutely. Reformer Pilates is one of the most beginner-friendly forms of strength training, low-impact, highly adaptable, and instructor-led.

How often should I come?+

Most clients see meaningful change practicing 2–3 times per week. We'll help you find a rhythm that fits your life.

Do you offer intro pricing?+

Yes. New clients can book an introductory session through our booking page, full pricing is visible there.

Do I need experience?+

No prior experience required. Our instructors will guide you through every movement, breath, and transition.
